WEBSITE PRIVACY INFORMATION · 15 OCTOBER 2026

Your project.
Your information.

This page explains how the current Southfold website and its project-brief builder work.

The project-brief builder

The fields on this website are processed in your browser. Southfold does not receive a form submission, and the website does not save the field contents to a database or browser storage. Saving your brief downloads a text file to your device.

When an enquiry email address is enabled, the form will prepare a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider's own privacy terms apply when using that application.

Opening animation

A small session-storage flag remembers that the opening logo animation has played in this browser tab. It contains no personal details, is not sent to Southfold, and ends with the browser session. You can replay the animation from the footer.

Website technology

The site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its fonts and images are served with the website. The hosting service may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Access controls on a private preview are handled by the hosting platform.

Contact and launch information

The public enquiry address is being set up. Before the website opens for enquiries, this information will be updated with the business contact details and the arrangements for handling enquiry emails.

Illustrative imagery

The home-extension image is an AI-generated concept. It does not depict a completed Southfold project or a client's property.
